Our flock of Icelandic sheep and Tamworth pigs—both heritage breeds with over a thousand years of history—are raised naturally on open pasture with respect for their instincts and well-being. We care for them daily with patience, love, and low-stress handling, allowing them to live healthy, content lives rooted in traditional husbandry. Everything we do is guided by the belief that they should know comfort and care every day, and have only one bad day.
Icelandic sheep are a hardy, ancient breed known for their resilience, excellent foraging ability, and versatility. They provide three valuable harvests: nutritious, mild-flavored meat; dual-coated wool that can be separated into soft inner fibers and strong outer fibers for a wide range of textiles; and hair wool that sheds naturally and can be collected with minimal stress. We harvest each of these thoughtfully and humanely, honoring the whole animal and the traditional practices that make Icelandic sheep such a sustainable and valuable breed.

Tamworth pigs are a hardy, heritage breed prized for their strong foraging instincts, calm temperament, and exceptional meat quality. Raised on pasture, they convert natural forage into richly flavored, well-marbled pork while living active, low-stress lives. We harvest them humanely and ethically, honoring the whole animal and continuing traditional practices that make Tamworths a sustainable and valuable breed for responsible farming.

Our Angora rabbits are gentle, productive animals known for their incredibly soft, warm fiber. They are raised with attentive care, and their fiber is harvested through calm, low-stress grooming rather than harm. Colleen hand-spins the fiber into yarn, preserving its natural softness and turning it into a beautiful, sustainable product that reflects patience, skill, and respect for the animals.
